Here is the link to Evolve’s latest Ofsted Inspection, which took place on the 24th & 25th
March 2026.
It is late being published because we felt the whole process was very different from what
has been promised by Ofsted, therefore we made a formal complaint. Three of our
complaint issues were upheld, but the grades were not changed.
We then took legal advice and halted publication whilst we had a legal dialogue about the
validity of some of the claims made by the Inspection Team.
Sadly, our only way forward was to pursue a Judicial Review, which is costly, time
consuming and hard to win, so after almost four months we decided to end our legal battle.
As a school we are very clear that in our opinion, this report is not a fair or accurate
representation of what we do and we are very disappointed in the whole process. However,
our next steps, as always, are to continue to move onwards and upwards.
